Sylvia has spent most of her life in public service, promoting diversity and inclusion by advocating for people of all walks of life. Sylvia has a Master Degree in Criminal Justice with a Public Administration Concentration. She has worked in Law Enforcement for over 27 years in various capacities. She is a successful motivational speaker who shares her story to empower Female and Male Law Enforcement Professionals to practice better self-care. Sylvia, owns and operates a homebased travel agency, Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC and specializes in Self-Care Cruises and Retreats for Law Enforcement Officers, Women, and Married Couples. Her experience in Law Enforcement and Travel together provides an expertise that produces a step-by-step approach to self-care that is easily integrated into any routine.
