Brandy Tookes

Brandy Tookes is the Workforce Engagement Strategist who helps businesses shift to an engaged workforce, increase their productivity, and achieve their strategic objectives through her L.I.V.E workforce planning model. Brandy holds professional HRCI certifications in Human Resources and Talent Management as well as a Master's degree in HR Management. As a US Navy HR Officer, she has led over 80 recruiters and a personnel department. Currently she manages the training and administration programs for over 400 Navy Reservists at DIA. She enjoys dancing, interior decorating, and reading outdoors in her hammock.
