1. Limited Availability Participation in this anthology is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee availability once all spots have been filled.

2. Payment Terms

   • The full payment is required to secure your spot.

   • All payments must be made in full by September 30, 2025.

   • All payments are final. There are no refunds, no transfers, and no substitutes under any circumstances.

3. Access to Co-Author Portal After checkout, you will receive an email within 15 minutes containing login details for the Co-Author Member Portal. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

4. Your Responsibilities As a confirmed co-author, you are solely responsible for:

   • Meeting all submission deadlines as communicated inside the member portal.

   • Following all instructions and guidelines provided.

   • Submitting content that is your original work and adheres to the publishing standards outlined in the portal.

5. Disqualification Failure to meet deadlines or follow submission requirements may result in your removal from the anthology without refund or compensation.

6. Rights and Usage By submitting your chapter, you grant Woman To Woman International Network Inc. the non-exclusive right to edit, publish, and distribute your content as part of the anthology. You retain the rights to your individual contribution.

7. Agreement By making your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
