Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of sponsorship confirmation. Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until payment is received.

2. No Refund Policy: All sponsorship purchases are final. Due to the nature of event planning and associated costs, we do not offer refunds for sponsorship contributions.

3. Sponsorship Benefits: The benefits outlined in each sponsorship level are non-transferable and must be utilized within the current event cycle.

4. Marketing Materials: Sponsors must provide all necessary marketing materials (logos, banners, ads, etc.) by the deadlines provided to ensure inclusion in event promotions.

5. Event Participation: Sponsors are responsible for their own travel and accommodations if attending the event in person.

6. Modifications: The event organizers reserve the right to modify sponsorship benefits as needed while ensuring equivalent promotional value for sponsors.

7. Liability: The event organizers are not responsible for any losses, damages, or unforeseen circumstances affecting sponsorship exposure.

8. Right to Refuse: The event organizers reserve the right to decline sponsorship from organizations that do not align with the values and mission of Woman To Woman Conference & Awards.
