1. What do you attribute to your success?
I attribute my success to my passion and perseverance. I truly love what I do, which drives me to continually learn and improve through self-development. My enthusiasm, with my strong work ethic and ability to remain focus during challenges has help me achieve my goals. Time management and balancing priorities and efficiently managing my time have allowed me to stay focus and productive for the most part. I believe in building strong relationships by networking and staying connected with like-minded individual, clients and mentors has enable me to learn from others, collaborate and create a supportive network that foster growth and success. I believe in having a growth mindset, which require continually learning and actively seek new knowledge and skills to enhance my knowledge and adapt to evolving industry trends. Finally, maintaining a positive outlook on your goals and vision; cultivation a resilient mindset and stay optimistic in the face of setbacks has allowed me to approach challenges as opportunity for growth.
2. How do you manage your work life balance?
First of all, managing your work life balance can be challenging, therefore, this area of your life must be intentional. Prioritizing and planning the start of each week by identifying important tasks and deadlines. Creating schedules and keeping a calendar has help me to create time for both work and personal activities. Setting boundaries with clear expectation between work and personal time. For example, I designated work hours to prevent work from interfering with my personal time. Delegating and collaboration with team and staff member to assist with managing my workload more effectively and maintain a balance between work and life. Practicing self-care is a priority I focus on to ensure I support my mental, emotional and physical well-being. I feel one must regularly assess and make the necessary adjustments, if necessary to ensure that I’m maintaining a healthy balance.
3. What motivates you when you are faced with adversity?
My Faith, Belief and Trust in God, motivates me when I’m faced with adversity. I have a strong mindset and determination, instead of viewing setback as failures, I see them as opportunities for learning and growth. My mindset encourages me to seek creative solutions, develop resilience, and ultimately emerge stronger and more capable. I remind myself of the reasons why I start my business, reflecting on my core values and positive impact I hope to make. Create a strong support network, surrounding myself with supportive and encouraging people helps me maintain perspective and feel uplifted during tough times. I remain myself of past successes, reflecting on previous achievements and obstacles I’ve overcome in the past serves as a powerful motivator. Remembering my ability to overcome adversity in the past boosts my confidence and reassures me that I have the strength and capabilities to handle challenges as they arise.
4. What do you hope to accomplish in the near future?
In the near future, I look forward to expanding my customer base, by marketing and acquiring new customers by offering exceptional service, while maintaining strong relationships with our existing clientele and providers through excellent customer service. Through continuously improving and staying up to-date- with industry trends and customer feedback, ensuring my business remains relevant and competitive in the market. I am very focus on growing a strong team and investing in employee development and fostering a supportive work culture. I believe this will contribute to a high-performing and dedicate team that drives business success. I desire to contribute more time and resources to the community as I partner with local charities and promote environmentally-friendly practices.
5. What advice do you have for women going through challenges?
My advice to women going through challenges is to first, believe in yourself. I would encourage them to trust their abilities, skills and intuition. Seeking support from trusted friends, family or professional networks for advice, encouragement, and emotional support. I would encourage them to prioritize their mental, emotional and physical well-being by setting health boundaries, engaging in activities that brings them joy, and seeking professional help when needed. I would also, encourage women to find opportunities and lessons from their challenges. It is also important for women to surround themselves with strong, supportive God fearing women to build network of inspiring women. I would advise them to stay focus on their goals and dreams, even when face with life challenges.
