Meet Dr. SallyAnn Gray
Dr. SallyAnn Gray is a dynamic educator, award-winning author, and passionate advocate for personal growth and equal access in education. Trained as a teacher and driven by her purpose to develop people, she empowers others through her practical books that guide readers in shifting their mindset, leading purposeful lives, and reaching their goals. In 2023, her commitment to education was recognized when she was named Special Educator of the Year by the Georgia Learning Resources System. Dr. Gray holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Delaware State University and uses her expertise to promote meaningful conversations around education reform. As a lifetime member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, she is part of a global mission to build leaders who create a better world.
Originally from Jamaica, Dr. Gray brings her vibrant personality and deep faith wherever she goes, using her platform to spread encouragement and the love of Jesus. Her journey has been far from easy—adopted at just three months old, diagnosed with ADHD at fifteen, and expelled from high school by seventeen. These early struggles fueled her mission to break negative cycles and help others do the same. Today, she teaches from experience, helping others rewire their mindset and unlock the life they were created to live. Her guiding mantra reflects her life's work: “I remain committed to growth in all areas of my life, and when I grow, I grow others.”
