Dr. Leana Jefferson, a dynamic trendsetter based in Houston, Texas, is a shining example of purpose-driven leadership. A devoted mother of two, she wears many hats as a servant leader, entrepreneur, and CEO. She leads both the Capricorn Group, where she manages entertainment, and True Survivors Provider Service, where her commitment to community impact shines. With relentless faith and a deep love for God’s people, Dr. Jefferson is a true warrior for Christ.

Her life’s mission is to train, mentor, supervise, teach, and empower others to walk in success and live fulfilled lives. Armed with a BA in Christian Studies, a Master’s in Christian Leadership, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, she is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry to further deepen her impact. Dr. Jefferson believes in the power of focus, commitment, and hard work as the keys to achieving the American Dream of hope, prosperity, and success. Her journey inspires others to lead with purpose and faith.
