Darla Hill is the Founder and CEO of Darlian LLC, a dynamic company that brings together three vital services under one umbrella: a senior home care agency, a case management agency for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and a business ideation consulting firm. Through her work, Darla demonstrates a deep commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable populations across Texas.

She extends her impact beyond business by serving on the board of The Texas Council on Consumer Direction, where she helps shape policies that support consumer choice and independence. As a graduate of Texas Partners in Policymaking, Darla has also received extensive leadership training in advocacy, further fueling her mission to empower those with disabilities. Her work is not only professional but deeply personal—Darla is the devoted parent of an adult son and a passionate advocate who uses her voice and experience to champion equity and inclusion for people with disabilities.
