Meet Dr. SallyAnn Gray

Dr. SallyAnn Gray is more than an educator—she’s a life-changer, a mindset architect, and a beacon of purpose-driven growth. Born in Jamaica and now based in the U.S., Dr. Gray brings a vibrant blend of Caribbean warmth, educational leadership, and transformative coaching to everything she touches.

With a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Delaware State University, she advocates fiercely for education reform and equal access for all. In 2023, she was named Special Educator of the Year by the Georgia Learning Resources System—just one of many accolades highlighting her impact.

But SallyAnn’s success wasn’t handed to her. Adopted at three months old, diagnosed with ADHD at fifteen, and expelled from high school at seventeen, she faced early adversity that could have defined her. Instead, she rewrote the script. Today, she’s an award-winning author, international speaker, and trainer, helping others shift their mindset, overcome setbacks, and reach their personal and professional goals.

Her mission? To help others grow—because when she grows, she grows others.
