Please review and agree to the below text

General Terms:

● You agree to participate as an expert for one teaching.
● You agree to conduct a live class for between 20 to 60 minutes.
●Woman to Woman Network agrees to provide the back-end coordination and production for this event.

Compensation:

● You understand and agree not to request any compensation from Woman to Woman Network now or in the future for this talk.

● You would be provided with a copy of names and emails from all registered attendees.

● You can lead generate during your class, but no selling.

Intellectual Property:

● The material you share in your teaching is, and will remain, solely yours.

● Both the coach and Woman to Woman Network will own a copy of the replay and may repurpose it. Woman To Woman Network will add it to their database so members can watch the replay at their convenience.

Marketing Commitment:

● You agree to share the promo flyer and information about your class with your social media audience, to help increase the numbers. Woman to Woman Network will provide the promotional graphics.
